Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to love your manicure, so if you are not 100% satisfied with your gel polish stickers, you can return unopened and unused sets within 30 days of delivery. Due to hygiene standards, we cannot accept returns on products that have been applied or removed from their original protective film.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Email our support team with your order number and a photo of the unused items to receive a Return Authorization and shipping instructions.

  Pack Your Stickers

  Securely place the unopened gel sticker sets in their original packaging to ensure they are protected from UV light and damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; please keep your tracking receipt for reference.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
